Subscribe or unsubscribe yourself
PUT/api/v1/uptime-digest/me
The caller's own choice to receive the weekly summary — the same as the unsubscribe link in the email. With a personal API key, it is the key's owner who is subscribed or unsubscribed.
Requires the uptime:monitor:read scope.
