Get a monitor's uptime
GET/api/v1/monitors/{id}/uptime
The share of the monitor's checks over the last days days that
were up, as a percentage rounded to two decimals. A degraded check
counts as up. With no checks in the range the answer is 100; use
the per-day endpoint to tell "no data" apart.
Requires the uptime:monitor:read scope.
