PUT/api/v1/pages/{pageID}/groups/rename

Renames a group everywhere it is named: its components, open_groups, the subscribers who follow it and its logo, in one step. to: null (or "") takes the components out of any group. Answers with the page's components.

Permission (API-key scope): status:component:write.
