GET/api/v1/users/me

The person a personal key belongs to, in the key's organization, with roles and permissions. roles is what the key acts with (org:member for every key); permissions is worked out for the person, so it lists what the person holds, not the key's scopes.

An organization key belongs to no person: it gets 403 NOT_A_PERSON, which is a working key, not a bad one.

Permission: none — any valid API key of the organization.
