# List status-update templates

`GET https://evohub.io/api/v1/update-templates`

Part of the [On-Call API](https://docs-dev.evohub.io/oncall.md) reference · operationId `listUpdateTemplates`.

The organization's default texts for status updates, one per lifecycle
status that has one: incident statuses `investigating`, `identified`,
`monitoring`, `resolved`, and maintenance statuses `scheduled`,
`in_progress`, `completed`.

**Permission:** none — any valid API key or signed-in member of the organization.

## Authorization

Any one of:

- `bearerAuth`
- `apiKeyHeader`

Where:

- `bearerAuth`: HTTP Bearer — An EvoHub API key (`evohub_…`) as a bearer token.
- `apiKeyHeader`: API key in the header `X-API-Key` — An EvoHub API key (`evohub_…`).

### 200 — The templates.

### 429 — Too many requests (`RATE_LIMITED`). Wait `Retry-After` seconds.
